Mondays
1:30 - 2:00: Absolute Beginner
2:00 - 3:00: Beginner 1
Tuesdays
1:00 - 2:00: Intermediate
2:00 - 3:00: Beginner 2
Absolute Beginner - Never danced before, don't know any dance steps, names, or music theory.
Beginner 1 -have learned some basic dance steps and have mastered several beginner dances.
Beginner 2 -Have learned numerous dance steps and can count music beats. Is practicing more complicated dances and steps.
Intermediate - Has mastered beginning dances, is learning longer, more complex steps/dances.

The Golden Age Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that provides services and support to seniors and others in our community. Our goal is to improve the lives of those we service and encourage the community to participate in our programs. We do this with the compassion and dedicated efforts of our employees, Board of Directors, volunteers and the community at large.

Become A Member
As a member of the Golden Age Center you help further the advancement of the mission of the GAC and you'll receive a discount on day excursions and trips. If you wish to join simply come by the office, complete a quick form and make your dues payment.

Become A Volunteer
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at the GAC or with Fremont County Transit, please make an appointment to meet with the GAC Executive Director, Mack Word, for more information.
Nutrition Program
The Golden Age Center partners with the Upper Arkansas Area Council of Governments (UAACOG) who provides lunch at the GAC for anyone 60+ and has an assessment form on file with the Area Agency on Aging.
